摘要:
基于南非职业教育与培训领域在新政府成立、实施教育改革后所取得的一系列进展,对南非职业教育与培训开展了深层次研究,梳理了其层次与特色,指出南非职业教育已进入整体发展新阶段,职业教育与培训领域的衰微与技能人才短缺现象得到了有效改变。
Abstract:
Based on a series of progress made in the field of vocational education and training in South Africa after the establishment of a new government and the implementation of education reform, this paper conducts a deep-seated study on vocational education and training in South Africa,points out its contexts and characterstics. It is believed that vocational education in South Africa has entered a new stage of overall development, and the decline of vocational education and training and the shortage of skilled personnel have been effectively changed.
