摘要:
黄炎培的职业教育思想以“实用主义”为主旨，倡导“使无业者有业，使有业者乐业”，使社会个体通过职业教育获得生活的供给和乐趣，使社会群体通过职业教育获得活力。他提出的职业教育的平民化、社会化和科学化主张，为职业教育规划了一个基本的路径，体现了心怀天下、兼济苍生的情怀。由于历史和思想的局限性，黄炎培的职业教育思想只在局部范围实践，但留下的探索精神、实干精神是值得珍视的。
Abstract:
Huang Yan-pei’s vocational education thought takes "pragmatism" as the main theme, advocating "to make the unemployed have employment and make those who have employment enjoy their work", so that individuals can obtain the supply and fun of life through vocational education, and make the group obtain vitality through vocational education. He pointed out a basic path to run vocational education, in which the idea of popularization, socialization and scientization of vocational education embodies the feeling of cherishing the world and benefiting the common people. Due to the limitations of history and thought, Huang Yan-pei’s vocational education thought is only practiced in part, but the spirit of exploration and practical work is worth cherishing.
