摘要:
为了解并分析高职院校学生干部动力机制总体情况,探索激发高职院校学生干部工作动力的途径和方法,通过网络问卷调查的形式对南宁职业技术学院445名校院社团班级学生进行调查研究,对学生干部动力机制形成了6点基本认知,得出了加强高职院校学生干部动力机制建设,要聚焦重点研究、抱团合作研究和内涵拓展研究的结论。
Abstract:
In order to know and analyze the overall situation of the motivation mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges in China, and explore the ways and methods to stimulate the work motivation of student cadres in such colleges, 445 college students in association classes of Nanning Vocational and Technical College were investigated and studied through the form of online questionnaire, and six basic cognitions on the dynamic mechanism of student cadres were formed. It draws the conclusion that we should focus on the key research, group cooperation research and connotation expansion research in order to strengthen the construction of student cadres’ dynamic mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
