摘要:
提出了教师信息化教学价值体系这一概念,从内因和外因驱动两个方面探讨教师构建信息化教学观念的方法。其中内因方面提出了教师对信息化教学价值认同的三个递进阶段,分析了从“教书育人”到“立德树人”再到“终身学习”的认知提升过程,并联系实际阐明了信息化教学的深层价值;在外因方面从学校的角度分析了促进教师信息化教学观念形成的方法,为高职院校信息化教学建设提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
This paper puts forward the concept of teacher’s informationized teaching value system, and explores the methods of teachers’ construction of information-based teaching concept from two aspects of internal and external drivers. In terms of internal causes, three progressive stages of teachers’ recognition of the value of informationized teaching are put forward. The cognitive upgrading process from "teaching and educating people" to "cultivating people by virtue" and then to "lifelong learning" is analyzed, and the deep value of informationized teaching is expounded in the light of practice. In terms of external factors, this paper analyses the methods to promote the formation of teachers’ information-based teaching concept from the perspective of the school, trying to provide some reference for the construction of informationized teaching in higher vocational colleges, and share relevant experience for teachers of higher vocational colleges.
