摘要:
针对目前江苏高职院校人才竞争力测评指标间存在着大量信息重叠的问题,运用复相关分析与主成分分析相结合的方法,对指标体系进行优化,最终建构出包括人才规模、人才素质、人才平台、教育贡献、科研贡献5个层面,11个维度37项指标的高职院校人才竞争力指标。
Abstract:
In view of the problem of information overlap among the evaluation indicators of talent competitiveness in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges, this paper optimizes the index system by using the method of multiple correlation analysis and principal component analysis, and finally constructs five levels of talent scale, talent quality, talent platform, education contribution and scientific research contribution, with 37 indicators in 11 dimensions of competitiveness indicators in higher vocational colleges.
