摘要:
对教育信息化2.0阶段高职院校信息化的背景动因进行了分析,对高职院校信息化的内涵进行了辨析,探讨了推进信息化的初心以及网络化、数字化、智能化、智慧化、信息化之间的区别,提出高职院校信息化的“使命是赋能”“愿景是智慧校园”“现阶段目标是为学校战略发展与核心业务提供有力支撑”“核心任务是‘两治理五主线’”等观点,并对发展路径提出了“四个步骤”的建议。
Abstract:
This paper analyses both the background and motivation of informatization in Higher Vocational Colleges in the 2.0 stage of education informatization and the connotation of informatization in higher vocational colleges. It then probes into the original intention of informatization and the differences among networking, digitalization, intellectualization, intelligentization and informatization, and presents the following point of views, that is "the mission of informatization in higher vocational colleges is empowerment"; "the vision is to build a smart campus", "the present stage goal is to provide strong support for the school’s strategic development and core business" and "the core tasks are two governance and five major campus-oriented information construction tasks". Finally, based on the above analysis and opinions, the author of this paper puts forward the suggestion of "four steps" on the development path.
